For over a decade, BOTT has empowered Brooklyn residents through hands-on trade training, welding certifications, and career development. Now, as one of five organizations receiving a portion of $1.4 million from @nycedc East Brooklyn Workforce Development Fund, BOTT can offer these career-changing programs for free to a select number of residents ready to build their future.
This funding is helping BOTT expand workforce opportunities across East Brooklyn. The foundation will continue fundraising to ensure even more residents have access to training that prepares them for high demand skilled trades.
